Training Hall of CID-CB was inaugurated by DGP in Crime Branch building,Cuttack. Same was renovated by Cuttack Division.
Progress of ERP-SAP was reviewed by CMD on 26.7.2016 with TCS staff and ERP Consultant of OSPH&WC along with other senior officers of the Corporation.
19th Audit Committee Meeting of OSPH&WC was held on 22.07.2016 which was attended by CMD Sri S.K.Upadhyay,IPS,Directors Sri P.Venugopala Rao and Sri Debraj Biswal. FA Sri B.B.Khalko,Company Secretary-cum-Jt.GM(Finance) Sri S.K.Panda and Sri Gagan Sahoo of OSPH&WC participated in the deliberations pertaining to Internal Auditors of nine Divisions for 2015-16. Besides ERP-SAP Consultant Sri Siddharth Samal gave a presentation on present status of ERP projects before the Directors' present in the meeting.
Sri Siddarth Samal joined as ERP-SAP Consultanat in OSPH&WC on 15.7.2016. Sri Sukumar Behera joined as Design Consultant ( Structural Engineering) on 20.7.2016 in OSPH&WC. OSPH&WC Welcomes both young Engineers to the organization.
Training -cum-Skill test of APMs of Electrical Division was held at Head office on 18 & 19.07.2016. All APMs(Electrical) attended the meeting which was conducted by JM Electrical Sri P.C.Behera. CMD,CE,FA,CA addressed the gathering also.
129th meeting of Board of Directors of OSPH&WC was held on 20.7.2016 which was attended by Directors Sri A.K.Tripathy,IAS Dr.B.K.Behera,IPS, Sri A.K.Ray,IPS, Sri R.N.Das, Sri P.V.Rao, Sri D.Biswal and Sri D.Rath. CMD Sri S.K.Upadhyay initiated deliberations in the meeting and he was assisted by Company Secretary Sri S.K.Panda,Chief Engineer Sri A.K.Panigrahi and Financial Advisor Sri B.B.Khalko.
MoU of Odisha State Police Housing & Welfare Corporation Ltd.(OSPH&WC) with Government for 2016-17 was inked in Home Department on 16.7.2016 in presence of Principal Secretary to Govt.,Home Department,Sri Asit Kumar Tripathy,IAS and Sri Santosh Kumar Upadhyay,IPS,CMD of OSPH&WC.Senior officers of Home Department Sri Lalit Das,IPS(Special Secretary),Sri P.C.Pradhan (Addl.Secretary),Sri A.C.Samantaray( Fa-cum-Addl.Secretary) and Senior officers of OSPH&WC viz.Er.A.K.Panigrahi(Chief Engineer),Er.R.B.Swain(Superintending Engineer),Sri B.B.Khalko (Financial Advisor), Sri S.K.Panda (Company Secretary), Sri Gagan Sahoo (Chartered Accountant), Sri P.C.Behera,( Joint Manager,Electrical) and Sri M.M.Sahoo (PRO I/c) were present during signing of MoU.
CMD,OSPHWC WISHES HAPPY CAR FESTIVAL AND ID-UL-FITR TO ALL STAFF OF OSPHWC.
CMD visited projects of Gunupur Subdivision( Rayagada dist) and Gajapati district on 16.6.16 & 17.6.16. He reviewed work with SP Gajapati and local Prisons department staff and AFOs.
Completion of Projects in April and May,2016:-

93 nos.projects were completed during April, 2016. 87 nos. of projects were completed during the month of May 2016.
JMs / DMs Conference:-

Conference with all JMs/DMs of field Divisions along with all senior officers of Head Office was held on 10.6.2016 regarding status of tender/progress of ongoing projects and provisional turnover for 2016-17. All field staff were strictly instructed to follow procedures as laid down in Operation & Accounts Manual,without any single violation. Turnovers for 2016-17 were provisionally fixed as following after due deliberations with concerned filed staff.
1. Koraput:- Rs. 65 crores ( Work Order amount)
2. Cuttack :- Rs. 50 crores ( Work Order amount)
3. Berhampur:- Rs. 45 crores ( Work Order amount)
4.Bhawanipatna:- Rs.40 crores ( Work Order amount)
5.Sambalpur:- Rs.40 crores ( Work Order amount)
6.Electrical Division:- Rs.30 crores ( Work Order amount)
7.Bhubaneswar :- Rs.25 crores ( Work Order amount) -
8.Dhenkanal :- Rs.20 crores ( Work Order amount)
9.Balasore:- Rs.20 crores ( Work Order amount)
All JMs and DMs were cautioned against any advance procurement of materials as reportedly done in previous years in order to escalate the turnover targets. All JMs and DMs were strictly instructed to follow approved designs and work well within work order amounts for all the projects.
