Sri Lalit Das,IPS has joined as new CMD of Odisha State Police Housing & Welfare Corporation on 6.11.2017. All officers and staff welcome to new CMD.

Sri S.K.Upadhyay,IPS, CMD, OSPH&WC expressed his deep sense of gratitude to all colleagues and staff members for assisting him in discharge of his official responsibilities in last 20 months. The provisional turnover of the Corporation for 2017-18 (till October end) is Rs.167.3 crores and the net asset of the Corporation has risen to Rs.110.8 crores. The Corporation has processed 176 nos. of projects through e-procurement during aforesaid period for bid value of Rs.146.91 crores with overall tender savings of Rs.4.8 crores.

Dr. R.P.Sharma,IPS, DGP, Odisha inaugurated new Buildings of S.P. Office, Reserve Office, SDPO Office and 60-bedded Women Barrack at Dhenkanal on 30.10.2017. CMD Sri S.K.Upadhyay, DIG Sri Y.Koyal, SP Dhenkanal, JM (Sambalpur) and J.M(Electrical) ,DM Anugul were also present during inaugural functions.

OSPH&WC signed its MoU with Government (Home Department) for 2017-18 on 30.10.2017 in presence of Addl. Chief Secretary to Home Department Sri Asit Kumar Tripathy,IAS and Sri S.K.Upadhyay,IPS, CMD of OSPH&WC. Other senior officers of Home Department, P.E. Department, Finance Department and OSPH&WC remained present during inking of MoU.

Hon'ble Chief Minister Sri Naveen Patnaik inaugurated B+G+5 storeyed new building for EOW-STF @ estimated cost of Rs.14.33 crores and new building of Command Centre-Control Room for OSAP (G+4) @ estimated cost of Rs.7.46 crores on 25.10.2017 at Bhubaneswar. The functions were attended by Dr.R.P.Sharma,DGP,Sri B.K.Sharma,DG(Prisons) and Sri Santosh Kumar Upadhyay,CMD,OPHWC.Other senior officers of State Police and OPHWC attended the inaugural function.
