1. State Plan

During the period 2011-12 the Corporation has received funds worth Rs. 94.31 crores from State Government on account of State Plan from the State Budget towards construction of residential and non-residential projects under Home Department of State Government.

2. MPF Projects

This is a Central Govt. Sponsored Scheme with the funding ratio of 75% by the Central Govt. and 25% matching share is given by the State Govt. This is a major scheme for the Police Department.

3. SRE Projects

Under this scheme the fund is released from the State Budget to different user agencies towards construction of security related infrastructure and for provision of logistic support to the forces deployed in the Left wing affected areas. The entire expenditure under this scheme is reimbursable by the Govt. of India.

4. Deposit Works
The works entrusted to this Corporation by the Govt. and Non-Govt. agencies other than Home Department, Govt. of Odisha are treated as Deposit Works. The works are executed to the extent of fund received.

Presently, the Corporation is executing some of the projects such as construction of 5 nos. of it is and 10 nos. of Skill Development Centres under the Department of Employment and Technical Education and Training, construction of 3 nos. Ekalabya Model Residential School under ST & SC Department and projects for different Universities and Educational Institutions.
The Corporation charges 10% as ‘supervision charge’ on the estimated cost of a project to meet its over-head and administrative expenses.
