1	Award of projects on F-2contract basis	In accordance with Common Working Procedure for Construction Corporation issued by Government in Works Deptt.Resolution No. 9133/W dt. 06.09.2012, the projects should be executed through tender/ e-tender process, as the case may be. However, departmental execution may be taken up where the work is non-responsive in Tender/e-tender or due to exigency or on security reasons.	As per the quantum of project work.
2	Execution of projects departmentally by the Corporation	The Corporation is authorized to take up the work departmentally in cases where the tender is nonresponsive or on exigency or security ground.
3	Engagement of Consultants, Architects for bigger and Complex projects	As per the policy laid down by the Corporation for engagement of outside Consultants and Architects and approved in the 116th BOD meeting dt. 07.08.2012.(see Circular on website)
4	Purchase of building materials	Acted through tendering process and inviting quotations, observing all formalities laid down in O.G.F.R. by Purchase Committee constituted by the CMD for each Division and at the Corporate Office.
5	Publication and purchase of Office Articles and Allied Articles	Conducted through Purchase Committee duly constituted by the CMD
